The salary for this permanent role is £15,000-£18,000.

The Role:
To oversee the smooth running of the contracts in accordance with the policies and procedures set out by the company.
Schedule survey appointments into Teams, liaise with tenants via telephone and letter and ensure appointments are booked in accordance with the Contracts and that Surveyors days are maximised.
Maintain targets set by the Regional Development Manager and the National Office Manager and act on any urgent instructions received.
To manage all associated contract documents including KPI, MI, survey logs etc, and to provide weekly updates to the Project Director, Project Manager or Account Manager and ensure all reports are delivered within the contracted timescales and any client specific exports are delivered accordingly. Highlight any problems with the contract, including complaints, to the Regional Development Manager/Project Managers and to follow agreed procedures for such events.
Update KPI Log and staff utilisation daily to ensure new orders are added and work status is recorded
To communicate with the laboratory and plan drawers. To highlight when samples and plans are overdue. This should be communicated to the Project leader and Regional Development Manager
To liaise with Accounts Department and the Regional Development Manager to ensure that all work issued is invoiced on a monthly basis or as per the specific contract requirements.
Issue a regular update to inform all parties of report quantities at each stage for weekly target.
General communication/correspondence with client.
Provide training and assistance to Administration Team when required.
Any other administrative duties as and when required.

The Successful Candidate:
Must be IT literate, competent in the use of MS Office applications, plus capable of learning bespoke IT systems.
Good interpersonal skills, able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels
