Manpower are looking to recruit a Business Development Representative to join our leading IT client's Sales team in Erskine.

As a target driven individual, you will be able to build an instant rapport with customers over the telephone in order to gain valuable insight and identify potential sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Performing outbound telemarketing activity on targeted data lists, targeting both new and existing customers
* Deliver monthly KPI targets as set by the business
* Generating leads from customer responses to marketing campaigns
* Handling inbound calls triggered by media campaigns
* Continually update customer profile information on the CRM database

You will be a strong communicator and comfortable achieving targets. An exceptional oral and written communicator, you will also demonstrate a strong team ethic and have effective time management skills.
