Customer Services Agent. Pertemps recruitment require a Customer Services Agent for a permanent position in an office taking in-coming calls. Working in a friendly team based in the Plympton area of Plymouth, working in a fast paced office environment and being the first point of contact for incoming customer calls.
As the Customer Services Agent, your job will be to receive telephone calls from customers for service visits and logging the dates and times onto the computer, adding updates and actions, queries and payments. You will allocate works planned out and follow up to ensure the works have been completed to the customers satisfaction.
The successful Customer Services Agent will have strong organisational skills, be calm under pressure, have the ability to be assertive and to use your own initiative. This role would suit an administrator with strong customer services telephone skills and good IT multi-tasking skills.
In return you will have a great career in customer services and administration within a highly respectable business, full time office hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm and there are buses or parking available close to the office.
